Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, rbsji reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account pending investigation. Where no breach is found to have occurred, any remaining balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Player-Initiated Closure

Self-Exclusion
